Spoke with Brent Crane from Crane Alarm. Two Horn/strobes were changed in the field due to insufficient coverage. The in-duct detectors and fire smoke dampers were not installed (not required) and the electrician had notes to connect the FA panel to the generator circuit. The battery calculations were acceptable at 24 hours with 5 minute alarm, acceptable with or without the generator circuit.

I requested a resubmittal for the removal of the in-duct detectors and the fire smoke dampers and the horn/strobe appliances that were changed during inspection.

Resubmittal must be submitted to Boise City prior to final of FA permit.
