Description	(ST LUKES-WEST WING-GROUND FLOOR)(FOOD NUTRITION SERVICES) To modify by relocating drops and installing new semi-recessed fire sprinklers in 4 phases for the construction of a new 640-ft/2 dining room addition at an existing outdoor dining area, and approximately 5,235-ft/2 of the existing Administrative Office and Kitchen associated with Nutrition Services. This work is related to the selective demolition and construction of new fire-rated assemblies to create new offices & associated support areas, new Solarium unit. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD03-02390.
