Test duct smoke detectors. Provide knox box. Provide signage on door. Multiple pull stations are mounted above 48". See review note #13. Provide a/v in conference room 116 per review note #5. Break room a/v needs to be 30cd to meet code. See approved plans for smoke detector locations that are within 3' of supply diffusers. Resubmit plans showing the two additional duct smoke detectors. Signals are messed up at the monitoring station. All zones need to be retested. Inspection stopped due to amount of items found to be incorrect.
