The associated building permit (BLD 04-00300) is to construct a new 37,750 square foot, two story, concrete tilt-up office/warehouse shell and core building and related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. The core work includes the stairways, elevator and second floor restrooms and corridor. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. This is a shell and core permit only. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. PC#094-04/DRH03-00167 Mod. #1/JCM Video Eye Corporation (Shell & Core) - 3/23/2005 - The associated building permit (BLD 04-01513) is to construct a tenant space occupying spaces on the first and second floors consisting of 11,249 sq.ft. of warehouse & production area on the 1st floor, and 7,513 sq.ft. of office on the 2nd floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of accessible restroom on the first floor, construction of interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system and lighting, connecting new duct work to existing Hvac system, related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Received a call from Bob Brewton (Idaho State Elevator Inspectors) stating that the smoke detector in the top of the shaft is NOT a requirement and it should be deleted. Also the controller location may warrant smoke and heat for recall/shunt trip pending sprinkler plans. I phoned Jason Minnick (AEI) and informed him of the above. I marked up the plan (has been issued, he just has not picked them up yet.) and informed him that a resubmittal may be required if the PDS Fire Inspector deems necessary. An updated building map shall be provided regardless.
