Description	(WELLS FARGO)(WELLS FARGO BLDG-2ND/3RD FLRS) To install new and relocate existing fire sprinklers for the remodel of 12,951-ft/2 office area on the 2nd floor and 15,638-ft/2 on the 3rd floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition of interior partitions and the construction of new non combustible partitions and the installation of suspended ceiling in selective areas. This building is fully fire sprinklered for high rise requirements and area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
