(BOISE ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC-LOBBY/RECEPTION)(ST ALS MOB IV-3RD FLR) Minor fire sprinkler modification for the remodel to a 1,807-ft/2 lobby/waiting/reception area in an existing 10,281-ft/2 medical office tenant space located on the third floor of an existing building. Construction includes some minor interior demolition work, with the creation of two new offices, some new interior walls, some minor soffit work. Contractor is addresses relocating 2 existing sprinklers in the new lobby/reception area only. Any other fire sprinkler work will require resubmittal approval. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00210.
