Work includes removal of 10 existing dry pendants and reinstalling temporary fire sprinkler protection coverage at the roof for the dismantling and removal of an existing walk in cooler/freezers within the existing kitchen / food preparation area of HP#3 Cafeteria, to allow removal of concrete floor. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01203.
