1. Provide information addressing the "Upper Level" which occupies a 340-ft/2. If this space is above the garage, the areas below that living space must also be protected. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
2. Provide current manufacturer fire sprinkler head data sheets with the correct head incorporating identified. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
3. United Water uses the Neptune T10 model. Provide the size on the plans. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
4. Calculation sheet "Page 1" does not identify the 12 lb friction loss/s. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
5. Calculations address a 1 foot drop from the road tap to the meter and then a 5'-0" elevation lift to the face of floor (house). (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
6. Riser is located in the garage and heads protecting the same are Dry Sidewall sprinklers? Clarify how the riser will be protected from freeze damage. (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
7. Provide clarification of the two sprinklers and copper piping located on each end of the "Entry." Is this area subject to damage (freezing) above the ceiling? What does it mean the piping cannot be in the walls due to freezing and the piping is located at the ceiling? (IFC 105.4.2, 901.2)
