WALLACE RESIDENCE-SLEIGHT CONSTRUCTION, INC. * To construct install an NFPA 13D (modified) fire sprinkler system in a new 3,174-ft/2, three story single family dwelling. Modified relates to fire sprinkler protection along common walls and ceilings of occupied residential living space. Any and all NFPA 13D systems shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device, commonly referred to as a flow switch and an outside annunciating device. The lower level is: 812-ft/2; the main level is: 2,022ft/2 an upper level is: 340ft/2. All fire sprinkler work including a duel service underground supply and related, including the fire sprinkler system backflow prevention device (to be provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, plans, documents, engineered/red-lined plans and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
