Description	LASALLE BOISE RESEARCH CENTER (SHELL OFFICE BUILDING) - To install a wet, OH-2 overhead fire sprinkler system for a new 16,940-ft/2, one story, concrete tilt-up office shell building. This is a shell building permit only. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground supply was installed under FIR04-00548. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00582.

Overhead hydro test ok. Plans need to be resubmitted. Both mains are installed closer to the center of the building than shown on the plans and the tail backs are 2" instead of 1". Main out of riser room has also been rerouted. The branchline along the north wall is approx. 7'-2" off of the wall. Plans show 5'-11" 1/12/2005 12:40:29 PM
