(QUALITY QUARTZ ENGINEERING)(BENTE BLDG) To add 10 fire sprinklers for the remodel and finish a 6,000-ft/2 area on the west side of the Bente Building for a fabrication facility for glass products. Fire sprinkler work is associated the construction of interior walls to create stock, packaging, cleaning and hot fabrication rooms and areas. Use of hazardous materials within this tenant space are within allowable limits per code based on hazardous materials inventory provided by approved HAZ MAT technical report attached to building permit. This building is fully sprinklered. This fire sprinkler work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building rack permit: BLD04-02003.
