Description	To relocate one (1) heat detector to the Carpentry Shop (M1-89), one (1) smoke detector to Clinical Engineering (M1-85) and exchange the door release smoke detector with a system smoke detector on the entrances to the Carpentry Shop and Clinical Engineering. Work includes selective demolition, construction of new interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create a reception area and office with new lighting and switching per energy code and; a new Bio-Med Clinical Engineering area for repair and testing of hospital equipment. Medical gas piping and tank storage are for use in testing medical equipment being repaired.
