(HIGHWAY 12 - HOFF BUILDING - 7TH FLR) To replace and readjust fire sprinklers for the remodel of a 1,488-ft/2 area on the 7th floor of the Hoff Building for a new office occupant. This tenant will occupy about half of the floor. Fire sprinkler work is to replace "recalled" fire sprinklers. No added heads are being installed even though construction includes the installation of interior nonbearing walls. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase, because it is a high-rise, and to comply with 1994 UCBC provisions. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
