(WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE) To install fire sprinkler protection for the remodel an existing tenant space created under building permit BLD04-01386, for an office tenant located on the east side of the common Hallway #102. This tenant space has a total floor area of 7,510 square feet (5,657 square foot main level and 1,853-ft/2 upper level [mezzanine]). Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls that will support new wood joist ceilings, interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridors. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02103.
