Description	IDAHO YOUTH RANCH, HAYS HOUSE II * To install a complete NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system within a new 7,450-ft/2, one story, wood framed, 20 resident group home and staff plus a 615-ft/2 wood framed garage. This permit also includes the underground fire service supply which will connect to an existing 6" C-900 PVC service tap at the property on the south side of W. Polar St. with a supervised Post Indicator Control Valve. Then it will run approximately 190+ feet S.W. into a mechanical room located on the S.E corner of the structure, under the footing and up through a finished floor, approximately 6" with 6" Ductile Iron and flange adapter fitting. All construction per the plans and attached review comment list. The fire sprinkler system (w/Q.R. heads throughout) is for a construction alternate allowing the corridors to be nonfire-resistive rated. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-03049.
