Fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings throughout. The restrooms were constructed under shell permit BLD04-01308 (no fire sprinkler work permit attached). This building is fire sprinklered because it has occupied floors more than 55 feet above the sidewalk. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00674.
