Description	To relocate an exsiting 110 cd H/S and add one 15cd strobe to afford proper visual coverage in the remodeled area. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, door release, special extinguishing system releasing panel and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 04-01904) is to construct a wall for security control and to create 4 new offices. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, a suspended gypsum board ceiling, security partitions, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. From the egress side, security locking hardware shall NOT prevent nor obstruct egress through required egress doors. Within the remodeled area, the location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department.
