1. FP2.4.2 - Plans are incomplete. All rooms/areas shall be identified for use on the plans. (NFPA 13:14.1.2[7])

2. Underground pipe, riser and mains on the plans are inconsistent, incorrect and do not correlate with calculations:
a. Underground shown as 3" and the calculations use 8" steel thinwall (per sizing and C-factor), from Test to TOR (plan) in calcs?
b. Underground and riser does not show any fittings other than one ell each? (Reference related issues in #5)
c. All the piping and all fitting but one ell from node BOR (which probably should be addressed "TOR"), to TOS (excluding the rise of 44' of the standpipe riser) is lacking in the calcs? Please note that 51 + feet of piping is shown as 8", which is being supplied from 6", which is shown as being supplied from a 3" underground??
d. Are nodes 11 to 12 running though a riser nipple? If so, address it on the plans.
e. Nodes 28 to 20 and 29 to 13 piping inputs are not flowing water? Clarify.
(BMC 7-01-50, Section 901.2, IFC 105.4.2, NFPA 13:14.1.3[34])

3. The elevation of pressure loss to the sprinklers cannot be verified, since dimensioned elevation view section was not provided. Elevation of all associated system valves, fitting and devices on the riser should be identified by symbol or notes, with nodes addressing the location of BOR (Bottom of Riser) and TOR (Top of Riser). Plan FP2.4.2 with the arrow addressing the location of a 144" run, shows a "circle"? Is this an elevation change? No pipe dimensioning/size were provided on the plans and no dimension changes or pipe input in the calcs? Please reference NFPA 13:14.1.3(37) and provide accordingly. (BMC 7-01-50, Section 901.2, IFC 105.4.2, NFPA 13:14.1.3[34, 37])

4. FP2.4.1 - Plan is incomplete. Provide clarification/information of what the 1" tap is feeding, etc.? This appears to be new (reference FPD2.4.1) and is not addressed sufficiently to be acceptable in this permitted scope of work. (BMC 7-01-50, Section 901.2, IFC 105.4.2)

5. Plan FP2.4.1 - The north sprinkler line has been tapped and is supplying an additional line in this work area? This can only be accepted if item #19 below will be provided and verified. (Reference NFPA 13:14.1.3(38) and above detail).

6. Plan FPFP2.4.1 & FP2.4.2 are lacking dimensioning and size (which must correlate with calculations), for pipe feeding heads 32, 33, 34 and 35. (BMC 7-01-50, Section 901.2, IFC 105.4.2, NFPA 13:14.1.3[34])

7. Plan FP2.4.1 has "shadowed" areas, lacking protection. Provide coverage that covers all walls.

8. Plans are incomplete. FP4.2.1 - Designer provided elevation of general ceiling heights in Plan FPD2.4.1. Elevations, sections of ceiling and soffits and related heights shall be clarified when ceilings and soffits are installed so verification can be made regarding obstructions to sprinkler discharge pattern developments. (Reference NFPA 13:14.1.3[4] and Figure 8.6.5.1.2(b).
