Description	BOISE VALLEY ADVENTIST SCHOOL-ADDITION * To install complete fire sprinkler protection with the construction of a new 17,175-ft/2 single story, Type V-B, gymnasium & class addition. This work will include a wet and dry system riser with connections for the future protection of the entire school/facility. The addition is considered a separate building and will have a 2 hour fire wall separating it from the existing Type V-1 hr. building. Underground fire service supply was permitted under FIR04-00627. Fire sprinklers are used for area in the addition. Existing building requires fire sprinkler to satisfy IFC fire flow requirements (separate permit). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00709.

Exposed CPVC line in attic space needs tenting, one branch line has the deflectors oriented opposite the roof pitch, provide approved lateral restraint for all sprig-ups over 4' in length, perform a hydrostatic test due to the number of changes and additional heads installed for the correction of spacing issues in the attic.
