The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 04-02751) is to remodel a 3000 sq. ft. unfinished space in building17C into executive office space. This finished space will include a large executive office, two guest offices, an executive board room, a servery, an audio/visual room, copy room and open central executive area. This work is being done at the southwest corner of the fourth floor between grid lines 8&10 and J&K. This work also includes related mechanical and electrical work.
