To install 10 pendant fire sprinklers in a new 1,024-ft/2 "vanilla finish" located on 11,760-ft/2 first floor of an existing 23,125-ft/2 building. This fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, and new suspended ceiling system. A separate permit is to be obtained for any tenant to occupy the space. Adjacent tenant permit under BLD04-02514 is attached to the same set of plans. A separate permit is to be obtained for a tenant to occupy the space. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02515.
