The associated building permit (BLD 04-01817) is to remodel to an 11,738 sq. ft. office area in the southeast corner of the first floor and to a 3,100 sq. ft. area in the southwest area of the second floor in an existing office building per approved plans on file. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' on all sides for unlimited area.
