(ALBERTSONS - 1ST FL & 2ND FL - SOUTH BLDG) To add 30 semi-recessed pendant sprinklers off an existing wet, gridded system for the remodel of an existing 11,738-ft/2 office area, located in the southeast corner of the first floor and a 3,100-ft/2 second floor, southwest area of an existing office building. The fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work and the construction of new interior walls. This is a Scope of Work Permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' on all sides for unlimited area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
