The associated fire sprinkler permit (FIR04-00604) is to convert a 2,250-ft/2 area located on the north end of an existing 9,450-ft/2 one story (with 1,150 mezzanine) truck maintenance shop existing wet system into anti-freeze wet system. This bay is addressed as the truck inspection area. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
