(STOEL RIVES LLP - US BANK BLDG - 20th, FLOOR) To replace all existing standard response to quick response fire sprinklers and upgrade the existing fire sprinkler system protection throughout for allowance of corridor degradation and floor openings through the 18th, 19th and 20th floors. This work is associated for the expansion and an existing tenant space located on the 20th floor (3,740-ft/2) into the 19th and 18th floors. Previous fire permits associated with BLD04-00029 are: 18th floor - FIR04-00591 and a (partial) 19th floor- FIR04-00759. Fire sprinkler work other than what is shown on this plan 1 of 1 (which does not include required stairway water curtain requirements between the 19th and 20 floors, etc.), are a not part of this permit application/review and will require separate permitting. This fire sprinkler work is related to the 20th floor fire sprinkler upgrades and some partition work. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with current NFPA 13-2002 standards throughout as regulated by the Fire Department due to corridor degradation allowances, IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00029.
