1. Plan submittal denied due to required IBC and IFC review information of which this permit is associated with. Resubmit upon final IFC building approval. Much information is cleaned from the building and building fire reviews which includes complete permit scope of work, (verifying fire sprinkler work is covered), building construction type, (combustible cavities, etc.), total area of work (verifying with total area with what was submitted), Occupancy use, (addressed for fire sprinkler hazards), construction issues for possible trade off for fire sprinkler requirements (water curtain - separation, etc), detailed construction information associated in the permit (which would verify questions addressed in item #2 and 4 below), and more. (BMC 7-01-50:901.2, IFC 105.4.2)

2. Plan information is confusing. Per the Designer, the "General Notes" indicates all solid lines indicate new walls? If this is the case the plan submittal is incomplete and shall include all locations associated with the fire sprinkler layout affected or not affected (to be determined by the AHJ), with the associated building permit (reference the following general detail). (BMC 7-01-50:901.2, IFC 105.4.2)

3. Provide information regarding the hanger attachments (which must be listed), for each armover requiring support and include the type of connection making to the structure. This will require some associated structural information above the ceiling. (BMC 7-01-50:901.2, IFC 105.4.2, NFPA 13:14.1.3[22])

4. Include all associated ceiling height elevation/s. (BMC 7-01-50:901.2, IFC 105.4.2, NFPA 13:14.1.3[37])
