Description	KEYNETICS OFFICE (SHELL & CORE) - To install a 6" fire service supply into the south corner of a new 27,958-ft/2 three story, structure. This work will be accomplished in stages. The first is stub out under the footing and the second to an approved water source. A separate plan/s and permit will be required for the overhead fire sprinkler system. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02409.

1. Underground tap is unacceptable with Boise City Fire Department and agreements with United Water, (unless verification from United Water is provided that the hydrant tapped main will be extended through the parking lot to another supply connection or extend and loop back to the street main). Provide a separate tap off the street main and extend it into the building for the fire sprinkler supply. (BMC 7-01-46:IFC 508.6)
