To provide three duct detectors with remote test switches, a new NAC panel (with required smoke detector coverage) to accommodate total notification in the remodeled space. The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02568) is to divide up a 5,867 sq.ft. existing office space to create a 3,014 sq.ft. yoga studio with associated reception, office and dressing rooms per approved plans. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the tenant space and the interior associated above noted areas. Work includes relocation of existing HVAC diffusers & light fixtures; some new lighting & controls; modification to sprinkler and alarm systems for code compliance.
