(HOFF BUILDING - 12 STORY) To perform "shell" work within the Hoff Buildings 12th story. Fire sprinkler work is associated with 12th story restrooms, interior walls of the existing "open exterior stairway", is being reconfigured and what appears to be fire sprinkler code upgrade. A 2-hr wall will be constructed and a 90 minute door will be installed. Shell work on the 12th story, is being done in anticipation of a future office tenant who will occupy. This is a limited scope of work permit only, associated with a building permit which addresses areas beyond the scope of this permit, of which sprinkler work is not allowed beyond what is stated here. This fire protection work must meet current code installation standards but does not require change-out of to Q.R.'s, for construction issues. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
