To provide cooking hood monitoring to a required existing sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system.

The associated cooking hood permit (FIR 03-000440) is to repair and upgrade the existing cooking hood.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02592) is to remodel to an existing 5,395 sq. ft. restaurant space with a new 147 sq. ft. expansion to the existing 569 sq. ft. banquet room by reducing the area of the adjacent kitchen storage room per approved plans. A fire life/safety inspection to also occur so the tenant can obtain a new Certificate of Occupancy. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls, interior finish, one new accessible toilet to fulfill accessible upgrade work requirement, fire sprinkler work, minor plumbing work, and some electrical work. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This shopping center was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. The east wall of the banquet room and storage room is an existing 2-hour rated fire wall (area separation). NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
