(TRINITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH) * To install approximately 30'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service supply, connected to an existing 8" loop, which is connected to an existing 12" circulating service supply. The tap is on the southwest (back side) of the proposed structure and run Northeast under the footing and up into a proposed mechanical room with 6" Ductile Iron with a M.J. flange adapter approximately 6" to 1'-0" off the floor. This service supply is for the fire sprinkler protection of a new 28,556-ft/2, one story, Type III-B (fully fire sprinklered) church building. This building will also house a Group I-4 daycare for 118 children which will have a separate certificate of occupancy issued under MIS04-00274. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01909.
