The shell permit was installed under FIR04-00258 connected to building permit BLD04-00300. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01513.

1. Relating to the above project are the Tyco Series TY-FRB EC HSW submittals that is not addressed on the plan sprinkler head legends? Is this the added head installed under a stairs?
Is this the only head?

2. The "Skylight" protection appears to be inadequate. The skylights are over 32-ft/2 and shall have correct sprinkler protection. The position of the deflector shall meet requirements of 8.5 "Position, Location, Spacing, and Use of Sprinklers." Inspector will verify deflector position in each.

1. The first floor (FP1 of 2) spacing of sprinklers exceeds 130-ft/2 as originally designed in many areas that would be designated OH Occupancy areas. Some of these areas found (but may not be limited to) are, Assembly #104, Demo #101, Demo #102, Finish Product Storage #103, and an area not identified but extends from the Assembly #104.

2. Address (detail) the hanger attachments (FP1 and FP2 of 2), which must be listed and/or specifically addressed in NFPA 13 Chapter 9.

3. Plan FP2 of 2. Provide information and corrections "open office" skylight and correct rerouting pipe sizes to match origignal design.
