Description	To provide a required manual fire alarm system (building is slated for A1, A2, B and M occupancies). The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout. The associated building permit (BLD 04-01324) is to construct a new 135,950 square foot, three story, noncombustible, fully fire sprinklered shell building for future multi-plex theater, offices, retail and restaurant tenants. The new building is being constructed with non separated uses with the A-1 Occupancy being the most restrictive. The fire sprinkler system is being used for area increase. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permit are required to finish this building for occupancy. North elevator is not functional at this time, need an additional SD above the FACP due to a beam pocket obstruction, clock tower AV is not functional, provide signage at FACP room door, outside bell to be relocated at face of brick, elevator roof damper is not required due to barometric shaft, resubmitt for changed EOL, added devices, deleted damper and revised matrix for pump, provide audibility for the FACP room.

Lower pull station to 48" AFF, provide additional smoke at the panel due to beam blockage, verify audibility in the FACP room, fire pump run shows as an alarm and the matrix indicates a supervisory, change label at roof tamper and stair flow 108, outside bell shall silence upon waterflow ceasation, all sprinkler alarms tested today, no other items tested at this time.

NOTE to PDS Fire Inspector. The elevators in BODO 7 are missing the required smoke detector at the top of the shaft (per Idaho Elevator Inspector), I am working with the engineer to get thei issue resolved. I don't believe it will pass the elevator inspection, but if it does, please do NOT final this permit until we have this issue resolved. THANKS
