BLD03-01306 is to construct a new 17,000 square foot, one story, concrete tilt-up and steel shell warehouse and office building and related site improvements (16,000 square foot enclosed building shell with a 1,000 square foot roof covered storage area at the west side of the building). This permit is for the construction of the shell building only. There is no occupancy allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
