BOWN CROSSING MARKET PLACE-BLDG F * To install a complete overhead fire sprinkler protection in a new 6,925-ft/2 two story, multi-tenant, residential and mercantile shell building. The first floor is 3,754-ft/2 and the second floor is 3,171-ft/2. This is a SHELL ONLY building, separate permits, plans and certificate of occupancies must be obtained for each tenant space to be finished and occupied. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR04-00113. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02291.
