(THE VITAMIN SHOPPE) To install 35 new pendant fire sprinkler heads in the remodel an existing 5,003-ft/2 building, for a new retail tenant. The fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work, a new interior wall and new suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered to allow a non-rated exit corridor. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02926.

The exit corridor that serves the second exit from the retail sales floor will be downgraded to a non-rated corridor per the applicant under this permit.
