Description	To provide duct detectors to an existing fire alarm system. The original fire alarm permit (FIR00-00653) has expired prior to completion and final inspection. Therefore, the entire system will be tested by the PDS Fire Inspector prior to occupancy of the building permits (see associated building permits below). The required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown. (I have attached the comments from the original permit.) An associated building permit (BLD 04-01686) is to remodel a 1,320 sq. open office area within the existing 53,424 sq.ft. fabrication facility to create three (3) private offices a foyer and open office area per approved plans. Work includes construction of approximately 90 feet of new partitions to divide up existing open space into offices and foyer. Note: This building was built in Ada County in 1997 and annexed into Boise City on 12/31/99. PC04-473/drs (BMC WEST-DOOR PLANT DIVISION) This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. A "Letter of Compliance" is required as a condition of this permit. An associated building permit (BLD 04-01487) is to obtain a Letter of Compliance at final approval of a remodel of a 170 sq. ft. area to create a private office within the existing 13,390 sq.ft. warehouse space, per approved plans. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible walls and access door to create office; new non-combustible ceiling joists with sheetrock on ceiling; mechanical, electrical, fire suppression modifications to provide for tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. Note: Area above new office was not submitted for or reviewed for any use above. NO STORAGE OR OCCUPANCY ALLOWED ABOVE OFFICE. This building was constructed in Ada County in 1997 and annexed into Boise on 12/31/99. PC04-423/drs (INLAND NORTHWEST DISTRIBUTING INC) An associated building permit (BLD 04-02445) is to install 2 overhead doors and relocate a man door from office exterior to exterior on south side (front) of building per approved plans and CZC04-00175. Engineer has provided a letter stating that the openings have been analyzed and no additional structural modifications will be required, the existing structure is capable of supporting the new headers see letter from pinnacle engineering.
