The BLD construction work includes modifications to the corridor system, selective demolition, construction of interior noncombustible partitions, installation of ceiling systems, new lighting, and relocation of ceiling diffusers, new flooring and remodel to reception area. This building requires full fire protection. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
