(US BANK - 2ND FLR - CONFERENCE ROOMS, RESTROOMS, ELEVATOR LOBBY & EXISTING HEAD REPLACEMENT) To replace, relocate and add fire sprinklers for the remodel of conference rooms, upgrade core restrooms and to remodel the elevator lobby located on the 2nd floor of an existing high-rise building. Also to replace all existing fire sprinklers to Quick Response on the entire 14,520-ft/2, 2nd story. This building is required to be fire sprinklered because it is a high rise. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00157.

1. Plan is too vague and incomplete in relaying actual scope of work. Address the following for clarification:
a. Sprinkler head legend does not correlate with scope of work on the plans. Symbols don't correlate.
b. Provide clearer details as to what is new, what is relocated and what are being replaced in the related building permit work.
c. No areas are identified in the related building permit work area
d. Several lines adding are not sized, and if they are, the reviewer cannot clearly identify them.
e. Provide data submittals of upright sprinklers replacing.

Note: Incorporating the T.I. work with changing out of the entire floors fire sprinklers, may affect the Tenant and its occupancy since any related problem in the replacements, will affect the other.
