Description	(STEELWOOD FLEXIBLE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To remove and reinstall fire sprinkler piping in the southwest corner between columns 1 and 3, depicted in earlier submittals for demolition of the roof structure and the reinstallation of the same which includes the temporary relocation of the FDC. To modify the existing riser from an "offset" to a "vertical," and add sprinkler protection underneath 13 added overhead doors with the modification of the existing 2" overhead lines to accommodate the same. To relocate and add fire sprinkler protection for new future tenant partitions, a hallway, and the modifications to system protection for future offices. The new tenant warehouse occupancies were verified for pipe modification to a .247/1475-ft/2 density (except one which exceeds this area). To all add fire sprinkler protection in the East New Overbuild Canopy and West Overbuild Canopy. This permit is not included for establishment for a Certificate of Occupancy with any occupancy use. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC 901.4 and Chapter 14, complying with the installation requirements established in NFPA 13-2003 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02470.
