IDAHO STATE LIQUOR STORE * To relocate 34 existing fire sprinklers for the remodel an existing 3,144-ft/2 tenant space, which is adding 180-ft/2 for a total 3,324-ft/2. The fire sprinkler work is related to some selective demolition of interior partitions, the construction of new partitions to create two new restrooms and a demising wall, the installation of a new suspended ceiling system with lighting. New insulation is being installed at the roof, requiring 32 Upright sprinklers being adjusted also. No other relocating shown or addressed above ceiling combustible cavity protection. No additional fire sprinkler work addressed for west of the new tenant demising wall. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
