To provide additional duct smoke detectors, door holder with smoke detector release, and monitoring of an existing fire sprinkler system. Notification in restrooms on the southside of the 4 hour wall is included. This work is to complete the fire alarm system in the building.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-00316) is a remodel for a new office tenant in an existing 10,830 sq. ft. space in an existing 22,097 sq. ft. building per approved plans. Work to include some new interior walls and doors, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. The West wall of this building is an existing 4-hour rated fire wall with a Type III-B building on the other side of the wall at the address of 1500 W. Shoreline Drive which is also occupied by "Albertson's". This building is located in the flood plain. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
