MICRON BUILDING #24B - (REMODEL FOR 300 MM IMPLANTS) * To completely remove existing fire sprinkler protection and install approximately (23) uprights, (seven under the new ducts) and add two new pendants and relocated two existing pendants within the adjacent area for accommodation of wall relocations within a 1,250-ft/2 existing H-5 Occupancy cleanroom for new equipment. The project is located at the extreme southwest corner of the first floor of building 24B Fabrication space, converting existing H-5 room's 114A-D to accommodate 300MM Implanters. Fire sprinkler work is related to the demolition and reconstruction of cleanroom wall panels, ceiling grid, flooring, HVAC equipment/ducting. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
