(HYPERBARIC FACILITY)(IDAHO ELK'S REHABILITATION HOSPITAL-1ST FLR) 3RD PLAN MODIFICATION 2/23/05 - To add and relocate fire sprinklers for the remodel a 2,974-ft/2 area in the north east portion of the 1st floor. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of a two (2) hour fire-barrier wall along the east side of the new hyperbaric chamber room area, non-combustible framing with fire-rated sheetrock covering and light fixtures and HVAC register relocations. This remodel will convert approximately 1,500-ft/ from "B" occupancy to become part of the existing 7,576-ft/2, "I1.2" creating a 9,076 sq. ft., "I" occupancy suite. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
