1. This tenant occupancy classified use in the permit is: M/17, B/3 and S-1. The fire sprinkler heads proposed dropping below the new ceilings do not match the existing systems design verified. Reference manufacturers table. These heads have specific listing limits for Light and OH occupancy requirements. Revise, correct and resubmit. (BMC 7-01-50-901.2, IFC 105.4.2)
2. The plan details identifying the fire sprinkler heads have misleading information. Details provide information on sprinkler head maximum allowed listed spacing and not maximum allowed design spacing for this permitted work addressing. Revise, correct and resubmit. (BMC 7-01-50-901.2, IFC 105.4.2)
3. Area and Rooms in the north side of this tenant space were not identified for hazard/occupancy/use. (BMC 7-01-50-901.2, IFC 105.4.2)
4. Information regarding new walls being installed in this facility and the building classified as a type V-B construction, must be addressed on the plans as none combustible framing, supports none combustible materials above the ceilings, all room/area walls will be constructed to the building roof structure, etc., etc, since the upright sprinklers are being eliminated.
