The associated building permit (BLD 04-02890) is to remodel approximately 3,578 sq. ft. area for admitting services per approved plans. Work includes construction of non-combustible walls to create smoke partitions for non-rated corridor, admitting work stations, waiting area and support administration offices; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; suspended ceiling grid system, millwork and interior finishes.
