To install 1 extended head under an overhead door and one restroom per location site/building plan attached. No other fire sprinkler/related work allowed or permitted under this permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a building permit but is created from annual inspection, upgrade requirements.
