Resubmittal required. The first floor is a single tenant. In discussion with Ron Hill, (Bldg Plan reviewer) no "corridor" is required. UBC 1991, 3305 (g,5) to allow non-rated corridors, smoke detectors required in the corridor and sprinklers throughout. The annunciation was defined as "zoned" and in areas required by the chief. Discussion with Charlie Bayne, Simplex, the first floor smoke detectors and H/S are no longer code compliant.
