Description	BODO - BUILDING #4 (FOSTER BLD SHELL & CORE) - To install a complete wet pipe fire sprinkler system (OH-2) in an existing 8,500-ft/2, four story, with basement, historical combustible constructed building shell and core for future retail, office and possible residential tenants. Fire sprinklers are being used for story increase. All fire sprinkler work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR05-00239. The original fire sprinkler piping was removed under FIR05-00244 (all by the same contractor). This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01323. This is a shell and core fire sprinkler permit only. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for any occupancy.

Coverage is lacking under stairs at first floor, 3/4 upright heads in four locations as marked on approved plans exceed minimum spacing allowance, some sprigs at first floor corridor are not vertical, elevator pit needs the sw heads and cages installed, verify heads in stairway are 155 degree, pipe drain from ball drip at west FDC to an approved location, the riser and ceilings in exit corridors are not complete yet, this inspection was for BODO 4 two story building.
