To relocate two existing and add one pendant for the remodel of an existing 2,952-ft/2 tenant space for a retail sales tenant. This space is located in a 5,882-ft/2, 1 story building. Fire sprinkler work is related to 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings. Shelving shall be limited to less than 30" width and not exceed 8 feet in height or separate International Fire Code review required. This building is fire sprinklered to increase the common path of egress travel length and to reduce the exit separation distance. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
