10TH & BANNOCK BUILDING (SHELL & CORE-SOUTH UNDERGROUND SUPPLY) - To install a minimal length of 8" C-900 PVC fire service supply from the property line, located on the north side of Bannock Street and run under a footing in a proposed fire sprinkler riser room on the southeast area of this building, then up through the floor with 8" Ductile Iron to approximately 6" above finished floor grade with a 8" X 11½" adapter and Blind flange. This is a fire service supply for a new 182,950-ft/2, twelve story concrete and steel framed office and retail, high rise shell and core building. (Grading, Drainage and Foundation permitted under BLD04-01632) This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02348.
